Sweepstakes Rules and Disclosures:

What are we offering?

  • A complimentary copy of two of Dr. Neal Barnard’s books, Dr. Neal Barnard’s Program for Reversing Diabetes and Your Body in Balance, and Dr. Vanita Rahman’s book, Simply Plant Based, to each winner. 

How do I enroll?

  • You can enter the sweepstakes by entering your name and email address in the enrollment form. Please note, you are automatically enrolled in the sweepstakes if you registered for this class series on or after November 1, 2021. Only those with a mailing address in the United States are eligible to win.

How do I know if I won?

  • We will randomly announce two winners each week for classes 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of each series starting on February 28, 2022. We will also email the winners for each drawing using the email provided.

Other disclosures:

  1. No purchase necessary. 
  2. By providing your name and email between November 1, 2021 and May 17, 2022, you are submitting an entry to win two books written by Dr. Neal Barnard and one book written by Dr. Vanita Rahman.
  3. One entry per person. 
  4. The drawing is sponsored by Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, 5100 Wisconsin Ave, NW, Suite 400, Washington, DC 20016. 
  5. Three books (suggested total retail value $45) will be awarded randomly during each class series for classes 4-8 starting on February 28, 2022. Odds of winning the books will depend on the number of entries received.
  6. Drawing is available to only residents of the United States. 
  7. Entries will be accepted by enrolling from November 1, 2021– May 17, 2022.
  8. One winner will be selected at random the weeks of February 22, March 1, March 8, March 15, and March 22 in series 3 and April 19, April 26, May 3, May 10, and May 17, 2022 in series 4. Winners will be notified by e-mail and announced live in class.
  9. The method we will use to determine the winner is by randomly assigning a number to each entry, in the order that the entries come in, and then using a random generator like http://andrew.hedges.name/experiments/random/ to select the winning numbers. The method of claiming a prize will be by signing and returning a declaration of eligibility and liability release by June 1, 2022. The winner must also provide PCRM with a valid mailing address.
